Will definitely be making this again! Only thing I did different was add a spoonful of flour to the apples and used allspice instead of nutmeg (personal preference). Thank you for the easiest apple crisp recipe I have ever made! If it’s not gone by morning, I’m having it for breakfast!!5 stars

Tried this recipe and this will now be my go-to. The best one yet and a huge hit. Served warm with ice cream. Used 6 apples and doubled topping for a 9×13 pan.5 stars

I am happy you tried this recipe and can’t wait for you to try the Cranberry Apple Crisp. We loved how the flavors worked by incorporating the spices with the berries and apples. If you prefer them in the topping, it is equally delicious to mix them in there. The cornstarch you will want to keep with the cranberries and apples.

Thin, even cut, just cut the spiral on each side and throw in pan. And if your peeler misses some of the peel, no worries, just add that to pan also.
I save the shaved peelings and mix them into with my dogs food for extra nutrients (DONT GIVE APPLE SEED TO DOGS THOUGH!)5 stars
